Throughout 8 weekly sprints, I designed an innovative System Navigation Tool aimed at assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs), along with their families, in navigating the complex process of securing special healthcare services in New York, NY.

Additionally, I led our team of 10 UX designers in developing foundational components for The Inclusive Group’s website. This included crafting a welcoming landing page, user portal, and Online Resource Directory, which enabled users to easily find, filter, and connect with vital disability resources.

Although our initial objective was to finalize the designs within the set timeframe, the project's scope expanded significantly. Two-thirds into our schedule, the client requested an acceleration of the design handoff to initiate development within the final two weeks.

Despite the formidable challenge of coordinating an international, fully remote, and volunteer cross-functional team across various time zones, we embraced an Agile methodology to achieve our ambitious goals.

Ultimately, we successfully delivered nearly 100 unique screens for both desktop and mobile web platforms to our development team.

More details about this project are coming soon.
